GREETINGS TO ALL ZO FRATERS AND SPECIAL
FRIENDS! Time is rapidly getting short for you to make
your reservations to attend the 14th Annual TKE Reunion to
be held SEPTEMBER 23 – 26, 2010 at
the Waynesville Inn Golf Resort & Spa! The cutoff date is AUGUST
30. After that time reservations are on a space available
basis only. I urge you to make reservations now. This
year promises to be our best reunion ever and can be - but only with
your participation! I have attached the itinerary for the weekend and
a list of those who have made reservations or those commuting whom I
have definitely heard from to date. To make your
reservations, call the toll free number at 1-800-627-6250. Ask
for Rita Bolin, Reservations Manager or anyone else in reservations.
A one night credit card deposit is required. Details on
transportation to Western and tickets for the football game will
follow at a later date. Please let me know if there are any errors,
additions, changes or questions. I hope to see many of you
(young, old and in-between) who have come in the past as well as all
first-timers. This is a special time to enjoy the bond we all

| Art Magruder (240) Noon, May 1, 2010: Art just passed away peacefully. Willy, his wife, is doing ok and being strong for everyone else. Art opened his eyes with tears at the very end and then just stopped breathing. I will keep you posted about memorial plans....All his family was there around him so he knew he was well loved....Deanna. Arrangements: Tuesday, May 4th at H. M. Patterson Funeral Home 4550 Peachtree Road Atlanta, Ga. 30319, 404-261-3510. The visitation will start at 10:30 and the memorial service will start at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to the American Cancer Society. This is alarming:
Beer contains female hormones! Yes, that's right, FEMALE
hormones! Last month, April 2009, Sydney University and
scientists released the results of a recent analysis that revealed the
presence of female hormones in beer. Men should take a concerned look at
their beer consumption. The theory is that beer contains female hormones
(hops contain Phytoestrogens) and that by drinking enough beer, men turn into women . To test the theory, 100 men each drank 8 schooners of beer within a one (1) hour period. It was then observed that 100% of the test subjects, yes, 100% of all these men:- 1) Argued over nothing. 2) Refused to apologize when obviously wrong. 3) Gained weight. 4) Talked excessively without making sense. 5) Became overly emotional 6) Couldn't drive. 7) Failed to think rationally, and 8) Had to sit down while urinating. No further testing was considered necessary!! |
